Studio Newborn Session | Xander

Today I am going to share with you a newborn session that took place in the studio last year! I decided I want to go back and showcase some more of the sessions I have never blogged. They are nice to go browse around and see some more examples of my work, if you are currently shopping around for a newborn photographer.

This session is a special one, because the parents are friends of mine. Their little boy was born very premature, and spent many months in the NICU. It was amazing to see all the progress he made, and how big and healthy he was when he finally got to come home!

These kind of sessions are extremely special and touching. We had to skip the maternity session, due to his unexpected arrival. And to know that there was a possibility of us not even having the pleasure of photographing him as a newborn as well made these photos even more dear.

But he is here, happy, and healthy!! He also has such loving, devoted parents.
